      As a Human Resources Consultant at SaskCentral I work with the executive team, management and employees, third party vendors, and legal advisors to lead, deliver, and maintain established human resources programs, policies, and services including: talent acquisition, executive staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, succession planning, change management, talent management, employee relations and retention, and completing personnel transactions, among other ad hoc projects.       As the Human Resources Advisor for Meridian Manufacturing, I worked in a generalist capacity and was the lead and primary contact for Human Resources practices within our Saskatchewan branches (Regina and Saskatoon).
