treetree is the Agency of Special Projects. A special project is any project our clients deem to be urgent and important – and getting it done well internally due to time or resources just seems impossible. That’s where we come in. We are an added resource, a fresh set of eyes or a new perspective. We work with marketing departments like Nationwide, OhioHealth and Alliance Data on projects that need to achieve short-term results, overcome longer-term challenges or even to help define the right objectives in the first place. treetree is independent, locally-focused and female owned. And we are all-in on every special project we partner on. Show less

I was in charge of booking and coordinating all of the small meetings/events at Nationwide Arena. I contacted each client directly by phone or email to find out their needs and specifications in a meeting/event space. At times this included a brief walk through to see the space itself and talk about the exact needs and layout. Each of these bookings were then placed on our arena event booking calendar online so that each department knows and double bookings cannot occur. Once booked, I created an event services estimate contract for the client to look over and fill out. From there I would make sure the event is setup on time per the clients specifications and that all runs smoothly.I also assisted with the much larger events, such as concerts and shows. I have helped create an event resume for our Cirque Du Soleil show. This resume included all of the requests and needs of the show itself, such as, ticket & seating information, setup & tear down (load in/load out), ingress and egress information, room assignments, engineering, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, security, I/T and catering. Other shows I have assisted with include, Women of Faith, Rush, Aerosmith, Journey, WWE, Professional Bull Riders and Columbus Clippers Youth Hockey Association. Show less

    • Family Events Coordinator
      • May 2011 - Aug 2011

I worked at TCCMV over the summer in between my Junior and Senior year of college. I was brought in to organize and run all of the family and kid events at the club. My main focus was on the daily kid's events that ran each day for about 2 hours. Each day of the week included a different type of event. I planned days to be focused on sports, exercise, arts & crafts, movies, and games. The club's main focus seemed to be more targeted on the adults of the club so these events got to include the kids and really make it become more of a family atmosphere.Other responsibilities include:- Working closely with the club's General Manager in planning and organizing all family events such as a fishing competition and the annual Fourth of July party - Assisted in the organization of events related to the club's association with The Memorial Tournament- Created and managed a monthly event calendar with detailed information to be shared with staff members- Responsible for addressing issues and concerns at events and answering questions from members and parents- Booked all event DJs, face painters, food deliveries and party attraction companies Show less
