I did this research just after COVID policies had relaxed and the Fed had its first increase in interest rates, so analyzing this in terms of COVID and its effects was of major interest.   For this Internship, I experienced what it was like to work in the operations team and gained experience in every job.I completed an expedited Excel course given to all employees, and learned to organize a portfolio and balance settlements. I also managed client invoices among other office tasks. I was able to sit in on different investment pitches. I learned the importance of investing in great company cultures and practiced identifying such companies.
