Checking quotations with suppliers to make sure finding the best suppliers for each segment. • Setting relationships with consulates, associations, business platform, business forum, related magazines, agencies and develop those relationships. • Manage construction for onsite: proceed related documents from clients, work with venue to provide smooth operation plan, manage things inside & outside of the hall, control the quality of suppliers in biz matching, PR, media, logistics, constructor, design, press, temporary staffs, registration service • Solve problem/conflicts happen during the exhibition time, make sure things are under control, until dismantling, and the show finished.
