Hal was excellent in every way on placement. No bit of work was ever too difficult to undertake and he has very quickly became a key part of the No79 Design Team. He worked on many exciting projects throughout his placement and contributed to all projects within the company. It was the confidence and work ethic Hal showed and his great ability of dealing with clients which allowed me to pass the work to Hal easily and without worrying. His attendance and punctuality all year where very good. We often get many complex jobs in, which always require a great deal of planning and strategy of how they would be undertaken. He used many great online tools to plan and show what the strategy going into the job would be. Hal has a great ability to come up with creative ideas on projects and inputs these ideas into a conversation with the team at ease. Pushing what he thinks would work forward. The team have really adapted to Hal and he has integrated and worked extremely well with everyone. Hal’s had many strong points including design, development and photography videography. A great all-rounder as such. When designing a site or planning the structure of code within a site. He does it really well.

Utilising my four-day work week at Signifyd, I have been able to develop my design leadership skills whilst positively impacting the designers of tomorrow.
