Hakim was my teammate as an Executive Board of AIESEC in UB for a year. Knowing and working with him are such an insightful experience as he always shows his ability on being very strategical towards any decisions, a very outstanding product manager, a people-oriented and detail-oriented person. One thing that stood up from him is analytical-thinking, data drive in any conversation and emotional intelligence. I'd say he is a resilient leader for all of his members, because he always strive to create, maintain, develop and improve his leadership skills to establish the best membership experience. Not too mention, being in the same team with him means that you will find a caring, empowering and critical figure that will enhance your decision-making skill to create the most suitable decisions needed.
