  * I returned back to Turkey in end of 1998 because of familiar reasons. After my military service in January 1999, I set up my first proprietorship in web development. * I acted more as sales person of my company, and same time was administering 2 employees, and also was writing software for more technical backgrounds of web systems. * Upon creating a “hotel reservation system” in early 2000s at Mamaci.Net some of my connections introduced me to a group of young investors. As they were highly interested in the project, we built up a new entity in 2000 and merged Mamaci.Net into this new company. I was also a shareholder in the company. * I was assigned as CEO. I reported to the board of directors of the “Ege Atilim Holding” who were holding major of all shares. * We made great progress and soon became one of the most well known e-commerce, e-trade, web design, and customized software house of our location. We had run projects for BMW dealer, mid and big size enterprises, and even a B2B project for a Dutch company which was located in Izmir. * Few months after a major financial crisis hit Turkey in early 2000; I had to leave the company and sell my shares to my investors due to the separation on solutions to go through the crisis period.   * Audatex Group is an international entity with over 400 employees (back then) and was owned by Swiss Audatex Holding AG. Complete holding was sold to US Company Solera Inc, just before I left Audatex in August 1998. * Started as trainee for 3 Months, then has been extended by dept chief to in total 11 months. * Worked in various departments of the accounting/finance administration. * While my training period was ending, the development company is separated from the marketing company and moved to their new building with 85 technical and 15 administrative personnel. And I’ve been hired as a part-time employee in accounting dept together with my chief. After 6 months my part-time contract has been changed to full-time contract * I was responsible of developing various reports and charts of the productivity and efficiency of the development procedures. I was using various tools like Visual Basic, MS Excel, MS Access for data mining. My other daily works were every regular function of a general accounting department. As we were just a cost factor (no sales), most of the focus was on the controlling of the costs of development. * During my employee time, I built up strong relations with all my colleagues and chiefs. I started from zero ground and learnt German language all by myself with only practicing and reading starting from Grammatik. So that, I was assigned to write also all intercompany letters both in English and German. * We have had many intercompany trainings and I’ve been sent to several courses by my company, related to controlling.
