I have been working with Hajni since 2015 summer when she joined my group. We basically managed together the complete compliance program for IBM EMEA Spare Parts Operations supporting the business processes. During the years she got more and more involved in business controls while she also had an operational support role, in parallel. In early 2018 I have handed over to her the full business controls role and responsibility. She understood quickly the controls, always focused to the essence, asked 'Why?' and once got aware of the details, she was eager to change and optimize old things. She is never afraid of changes, she is a great networker with great communication skills. She has a strong ability to convince people how to do things better. She is fair, kind and polite. She is open for new things and thinks out-of-box. She is really focused and result-oriented. We supported together an IBM Corporate Audit where she demonstrated her strong skills and contributed to a satisfactory outcome. She motivatedly jumped in the world of warehouse logistics in conducting physical security reviews on-site and also remotely (due to Covid pandemia). It is a great pleasure to know her personally, having her as my best colleague. I can always trust her. There is a wide area where she can be a great leader.... compliance, audit, process optimization, personal and business coaching, project management, etc. Multinational or smaller company environment, could both fit to her profile and abilities. I can only recommend her with a strong belief that she will add a lot to a company's success.

Hajni, Firstly on a personal level I am delighted that you have been able to progress your career in IBM . I hope this is an illustration of you enjoying your work. It is often commented to me from the wider team what an 'excellent' job you are doing. You are proactive, open and flexible. You understand Delivery operation but you understand your role and your responsibility to the wider organization. You understand the client impacts and how to interpret what that means and you make suggestions to us on ways we could operate better. You certainly assist us in interpreting the management information that enables us to make the case for change. I am grateful for your involvement in the organization and I thank you for your efforts. Giovanni
