Managing the construction of electrical works and site supervision. 5. Attending site progress meeting with client and contractor. 6. Make site inspection with contactor for all the related electrical works. 7. Review payment and variation for approval. 8. Follow up project progress and conducting meeting with contactor. 9. Proposed (18 villas G+1 ) jumeira second RESPONSIBILITIES: While working with above mention project I was responsible for the following activates • Low Voltage Electrical Installations (LV Panel, M.D.B, SMDB, DB etc.). • Preparing the load seclude from LV panel to final distribution board, voltage drop calculation & single line diagram as per DEWA regulation. • Design the electrical room details diagram, design the bus bar roots & cable tray, Trenching. • Prepare the shop drawings for client / consultant approval. • Arrange the material & technical submittals for client & consultant. • Attend the weekly project progress meeting with client & consultant. • Dealing with supplier for the low current system like fire alarm, central battery, SMATV, CCTV, audio intercom, access control, gate barrier& lighting control system (motion sensor). • Prepare the comparison sheet for the all electrical materials from the tender to job in hand & also year by year for project manager. • And arrange the material as per site required and as per the situations. • Check(Supervision) & installation the all electrical works (light, power, central battery, fire alarm & voice evacuation, CCTV, SMATV, audio intercom, access control, structure cabling). • Make the inspection with consultant for all the electrical works.
