As a process engineer in Fujikura Automotive Morocco, a wild multinational Japanese company, I have had many responsibilities that require high skills regarding the complexity of the wire harness manufacturing; my aim was always to improve the efficiency and the production quality and safety. I was the leader of the implementation of any new producty, including the definition of a work planning that responses perfectly to the client’s time and quality requirements, and keep on controlling and supervising this planning till it lasts. It was my duty also to create a work process, define all the needed tools for the production, define the work description and create the whole of its documentation.

After my graduation, Engineer Assistant was my first work experience in the automotive manufacturing that was a great experience to gain lot of skills that improve my efficiency, such as the ability of stress management, the flexibility and the well communication with the work team till we reach the objective. My responsibility was to realize different tasks recommended by the Kaizen Plan Director in collaboration with the engineering team work for the continuous improvement including the supervising & the controlling some tasks in the production line. Familiarizing with the whole process work flow of the wire harness manufacturing in Fujikura.
