Mandated by EHAF international to develop and manage South Korean railway consultancy representation and exclusive partnership, aim to bid for underground and High Speed Railway projects across the region. 2018-2019. Mandated by top Asian Hotel chain as agent in the acquisition of a 5 star hotel in Istanbul Turkey. 2019-2020. Executed a financing transaction with Global Investment director (GEM) of $43 million convertible debenture structure with Kuwaiti PE Telecom (HITS TELECOM) 2012. Structured, and marketed a $50 million Jersey based real-estate fund investing in prime London Estate. 2013. Isosceles Capital is currently engaged on a number of transactions mainly in the MENA region, still committed to the same philosophy of bridging and introducing both capital and investment opportunities between East and West.
