I joined the one-year training programme, organised by BNM and the Institute of Bank Malaysia. The programme is called as FSTEP and still run as of today. The training divided into two segments namely lectures and on-job-training. The modules ranges from commercial and investment banks as well as insurance and takaful. During six months on-job-training, I was attached at Alliance Investment Bank. I have still an interest and passion in financial industry, though my career is now totally different. Show less
