  The University of Tabuk was founded in 2006 and is home to a number of research centers and institutes, with 1,995 academic staff and 25,000 undergraduate students. As Assistant Professor within the Department of Languages & Translation, I teach a variety of courses including semantics, language acquisition, morphology and syntax, error analysis, introduction to linguistics, and advanced grammar and essay writing.I have also held a number of administrative leadership roles, including participating in hiring committees for both male and female candidates, recruiting for roles including Professor Assistant, Teaching Assistants, Chinese Language Teachers, and General & ESP Language Teachers.Key Academic Contributions:- Represented the university at the international conference and exhibition for education. - Published thesis on: ‘The Effects of Bilingualism, Executive Functioning, and Numeracy on Children’s Semantic-Pragmatic Acquisition of Logical Quantifiers and Operators’.- Contributed to the International Review of Pragmatics with ‘Empirical Evidence on Scalar Implicature Processing at the Behavioural and Neural Levels: A Review’.Key Leadership & Administrative Contributions:- Developed plan to assess program learning outcomes, researching world-leading UK / US university assessment plans, achieving accreditation for 3 years, and receiving 100% positive feedback.- Led team to conduct self-study report, assembling and managing cross-campus team, achieving program accreditation in 2022, developing and improving student curriculums across all colleges. - Deputy Supervisor for Prince Fahd Bin Sultan Chair for The Study and Development of Youth Issues.- Oversaw the office functions and Measurement & Evaluation Unit at the College of Education & Arts.
