   Urea Plant (Snamprogetti) •I am currently working as Shift Engineer Production/Operations at Snamprogetti Urea plant at Pak Arab Fertilizers Ltd, Multan, Pakistan. •Have a hands-on experience of high-pressure Urea Plant which involves handling of high-pressure gases and liquid solutions. •Monitor abnormal process variable and implement corrective action. •Led Hydro testing, chemical cleaning and moth balling activities. •Led Production Team during "HAZOP" and "What If " study of Medium Pressure loop of Urea plant. •Optimized raw materials and energy consumption of plant. •Controlled the effluents and emissions within the NEQS limits. •Implemented preventive / shutdown maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant and production processes.  Utility Plant (Cooling Towers, ETP) •Troubleshoot plant issues & implement solutions. •Maintained cooling water chemistry, for non-interrupted cooling water supply to all plants of complex. •Maintained Effluent Treatment Plant chemistry, to meet NEDs regulations.  HSE Responsibilities (Member of EMP Plan) •Responsible for implementing and delivering the HSE Management Plans, promoting a strong safety culture that drives intervention of at-risk-behavior and ensuring completion of accident/incident investigations, site safety inspections and audits as per schedule. •PSM (process safety management) Certification: Cleared test of 22 PSM elements (Risk-based 10 and culture-based 12 elements), through competency-based authorization system. •Designed a project to reduce ammonia emission and reused it. •Acquired STOP (Safety training observation program) Series authorization and certification. •Achieved authorization to become work permit issuer through competency-based authorization system. •Implemented safety procedures e.g First break, SCD, LOTOTO, Box up Certificate, JSA, Rescue Plan etc. •Promoted HSE culture across the plant, took several safety initiatives to eliminate hazards.
