  Established a new, prodcution unit, in the company which provides services to our customers. My responsibilities included recruiting and managing employees, suppliers, and vendors, and supervising their work. Develop events and campaigns from idea to inception, including writing content and leading creative efforts. I have initiated special launches and hosted international delegations, and was responsible for all related budgets. My ability to create customer-tailored solutions by mapping actual needs and requirements and maintaining strong customer relationships has been a key factor in my success.
