Our company provided the solar field, the related controls, the boiler and the integration of these components into a conventional utility steam plant at Nipton, California (40 miles from Las Vegas). Hagai led our field of engineers and technicians for the oversight of the production, installation, start up and commissioning of this first of a kind, full scale effort. Using a blend of our home office Israeli subject matter experts and local talent, Hagai did a fantastic job of managing a broad range of recourses and personalities while meeting the budget and schedule. He was uniquely qualified to balance the various obligations of the project, both internally and externally to achieve the optimum results.
