  Starting 2017, I, with Tadiran's Products Group management team, lead the process of changing the Aeonix's architecture to adapt to the cloud. This process done is 2 steps. First we built a private cloud on a 3rd party data center and today we completed the move to the Azure public cloud. in the last few years, the Aeonix is sold mainly as a UCaaS and less and less as an On-Prem.when the Covid-19 started, I lead the process of moving the team to work from home within few days. The daily management tasks changed to support the work from home and support the team to keep it on shape. I proud to say that the team's productivity grew while working from home.במסגרת תפקידי, החל מ 2017, הובלתי יחד עם צוות ההנהלה את המעבר מפיתוח מוצר הנמכר לבית הלקוח (On Prem) למוצר הנמכר כשירות ענן (UCaaS). במסגרת המהלך, הייתי שותף לבניית הארכיטקטורה של הענן, פיתוח פורטל המאפשר לדילרים להזמין מערכת ענן ובניית המערכת באופן אוטומטי לחלוטין, מה שמאפשר ללקוח תחילת עבודה דקות מרגע ביצוע ההזמנה, התאמת מוצר ה On Prem למכירה בענן ועוד Show less
