Placed in Advisory Services Projects such as IT Strategic Planning and IT Governance with clients mostly in the Financial industry. 1. I was assigned an IT Strategic Planning Project for a local bank as a solo team member directly under Project Manager to conduct research on Spin-Off Strategy and developed 2 different scenarios for each plan based on the business perspective and regulation perspective. Then, I was assigned to develop an IT Strategic Planning document by conducting Macro analysis, understanding clients' corporate strategy, and its Technology Information development direction. 2. Developing IT Governance of one of the biggest banks in Indonesia includes assessing and reviewing documents and developing the bank's policy and procedure related to Technology Information. I worked for “STORM” Sustainable Tourism Organization for Regional Management in a project “Tourist Village Classification”. STORM collaborated with Government Tourism Office Sleman in order to create a standardization of Tourism Village in Sleman, Yogyakarta and divided it into 3 different levels such as independent, developing, and growing. This project goal is to ease local government in Tourism in monitoring and facilitating Tourist Villages in Sleman. In the Tourist Village Classification project, as an assessor, I was responsible to implement the assessment indicators in the field, by observing and interviewing the Tourist Villages management in Sleman.
