Process monthly payroll for all Group companies. Prepare and distribute payroll report includes all financial transactions for each company. Upload salary files to Bank portal. Verify Leave application and process leave salaries on timely basis. Annual Leave air ticket entitlement verification and issue LPO. Discharge employees EOSB calculation and release payment after approval process. Conduct exit interview. Support and assist on company HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Prepare special reports based on the requirement of HR Manager and Managements. Apply and renew advertisement permit, sign board, promotional / campaign permit through Abu Dhabi Business Center online portal. Create new employee profile and update status in Autoline Kerridge System. Maintain master data for employees (date of join, designation, date of birth, salary, visa expiry, etc.) and personnel files. Maintain records for employees all type of leave, leave ticket and resumption on duty after leave for divisions. Request and arrange Payroll Card (Edenred C3) for employees.
