  Aa a primary (similar to case manager role), I provided direct support to adults with a serious mental illness and/or developmental disability on my caseload. Helping these individuals foster personal growth, independence and participation in the local community by way of developing, implementing, evaluating and amending behavioural support plans, safety plans, and clinical protocols. In addition, I worked collaboratively with the interdisciplinary support team to meet clinical, treatment and behavioural goals and timelines of individuals accessing services, while adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements, as well as related legislative requirements to maintain a safe environment for individuals being supported as mandated by the MCCSS.
