  • Evaluate the performance of current system and process in place and coordinate gap Analysis process with management and business to ensure identification improvements are in place and all management vision are incorporated in the system.• Quality management system:- Establishing the guidelines and requirements of process, templates, plans .- Ensuring that policy, procedures and other management system documentation developed throughout Musanada divisions is in compliance with corporate requirements.- Monitoring the implementation of different level of process in all departments and functions.• KPIs- Monitor the process of establishing the KPIs in all level, from corporate to be cascaded down to departments and individuals and assess the tools and mechanism of performance reporting and monitoring and agreed actions.- Ensuring that effective verification of process performance is introduced to identify and address risks to product and service quality.• Audits:- Risk based Audits performed by internal audit department: Reviewing the reports received from Audit Department and validate the recommendation and action plan and provide the required documents and assist in the right source of information.- Quality audits performed by SMO: Review the findings, ensure accuracy and efficiency of the audit process and evaluate the preventive actions to plan for improvements.- Reviewing and evaluating the Established business focused guidelines for ‘management review’; ensuring that these are applied at divisional level; consolidating outcomes including divisional risks, information and activities into a corporate programme. • Committees:- Represent PMO in assigned committees and provide clarification and convey the management vision when required.• Initiate, manage and execute special tasks or initiatives supporting the PMO division, as assigned by the PMO Director.
