During last two years I had the opportunity to cooperate with the Integrated Microsystems Laboratory, mainly on the sensors area. In particular I had the pleasure to work directly with Hadi for two years and to follow closely his daily work towards PhD. He showed very good aptitude for state-of-the-art research, electronic design and great will for reaching the assigned objective. He is also a very good communicator, as personally verified both in remote and face-to-face meetings with him, and shows great ability in "networking". Working anyway on the same subject (sensors interface integrated circuits design) I soon understood the great potential of Hadi both in terms of technical skills and endurance while focusing on the objective (latest applications of Hadi's research work are in the biomedical field). Hadi is not only a hard-working and brilliant Ph.D. student, design engineer, researcher, and colleague: he is also a very good communicator, a quality which will be really appreciated in his future career.
