I have 11 years of experience and responsibility in the below items at this company:- Designing, installing, configuring, and setting up Active Directory service, DNS-DHCP services, File Server, FTP Server, and Exchange Server.- Installing and configuring Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019, installing the required roles on the network, updating Windows servers regularly, fixing possible bugs, maintaining and supporting them;- Implementing a backup solution for important information of the company in the form of Backup Exec and Virtual Machine through Veeam Backup and testing them for correct Recovery;- Installing ESXi on HP servers and installing the required virtual machines on them and installing Vmware to control ESXi installed on the server;- Installing and configuring access points (Cisco & Ruckus), maintaining and supporting them, and performing the necessary updates;- Designing, installing, and configuring Firewall Cyberoam in order to control the Bandwidth of users' Internet and applying policies to block online games, betting, and miscellaneous sites (Block Website and Content). Restricting ports and IPs entering the network to reduce risks and intrusion into the company. Defining the required roles to access the enterprise email and company website outside the company;- Maintaining and managing enterprise mail server (Microsoft Exchange) to control incoming and outgoing emails;- Installing, configuring, Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) on the Microsoft Exchange to prevent spam from infiltrating the company and enforcing policies for the volume of sending and receiving e-mails;- Designing, installing, and implementing enterprise antivirus (BitDefender Gravity Zone) and implementing module (Anti Ransomware) to prevent the penetration of ransomware into the company- Upgrade and Troubleshoot Mac os systems- Assemble, Upgrade and troubleshoot new PCs
