• Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all human resource related activities which include employee relations, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication and the interpretation of policies and procedures. • Responsible for attendance calculations, vacations balance and leaves of the employees and the orientation for the new hires • Collect the employees hiring documents and prepare their employment contracts • Handling the opening of the bank accounts for the new comers • Manage the national and international medical insurance for the employees and their families “ including claims, refunds” • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. • Develop the employee’s job descriptions • Handling the termination process and exit interviews for the leavers • Maintain the termination documents in compliance with the company policies and procedures • Prepare the payroll transactions sheet every month which includes “new hires, termination, bank accounts, overtime, bonus, deductions….” of the month • Enroll the new hires in the company's social insurance file and handling the pending issues related to the social insurance • Responsible for the hiring process starting from posting the job vacancies on the website, and the other recruitment websites, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews, arrange for interviews, conducting the face to face interviews and prepare the shortlisted candidates • Preparing the offer letter for the accepted candidates and negotiate with them for any questions or enquires • Ensure continuous update of the recruitment database & maintain a secured filing system for resumes • Handling the training process ( preparing vendor list, validation , implemntation & Evaluation) Show less
