To make sure that all the departments of the airport are functioning well, an Sr. airport operations Executive has to coordinate between different departments of the airport They also have to coordinate with clients in making deals that are beneficial for the business. I look after the equipment, maintenance and operations staff. At times as Sr. airport operations executive also supposed to conduct training sessions for the staff that works in the airport to provide customer service for staff. I also helps in enforcement of policies in the airport and works with tenants to meet the requirements of the state and federal law to ensure safe operation of the airport I also responsible to decides budgets which provide long term benefits to implement new projects and upgrading the airport facilities I also carried out inspections periodically to make sure that the equipments are well maintained and necessary facilities are provided to the passengers. Controlling inventory is also a part of my job. I communicate directly with the pilots and people controlling air traffic towers to make sure that there are no issues in their work. I have to maintain a report of all the operations that are being carried out and hand them to the senior officials.
