Program Management Prepared individual weekly progress report and coordinate general weekly combine reports for the entire Ngarannam project. As a focal resident engineer, I identify problems, plans, coordinates, facilitates all project activities and reports periodically on the progress of the project and solve problem on spot. Participated in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Stabilization Program in the Ngarannam project as it relates to the Emerging Policy Issues and Issues of Concern; monitors and analyzes program/project development and implementation; reviews relevant documents and reports; identifies problems and issues to be addressed and proposes corrective actions. Undertook survey initiatives; designs data collection tools; reviews, analyses, and interprets responses, identifies problems/issues and prepares conclusions. Prepared various written outputs, e.g., draft checklist, inputs Provide inputs to program / project designs, including comments on project documents, support development of results matrixes from planning, monitoring and evaluation perspectives.Construction Management Carried out needs assessment and develop corresponding technical report at various stabilization facility targeted locations.Reviewed and effectively implement project, not in isolation of any of these, structural drawing, architectural drawing and BOQ Effectively preparation of evaluation reports, submission to Project engineer.Daily visited to construction site to monitor progress and ensure adherence to scope, quality and specifications of contract SOW.Provided technical support to contractors and proffering solutions to critical site issues.Prepared and run the test on Tyrolean finish using different mix proportions of chemical oxide and come-up with required result.Ensured proper closeout report of projects and provisional handover of facilities.
