  The Community Mobilization Program (CMP) is a five-year USAID-funded program. It has been awarded to International Relief and Development (IRD) by USAID and commenced in August 2013. The aim of CMP is to sustain community mobilization and school based management in Sindh province. The program’s inclusive community activities are designed to make educational improvements sustainable by increasing community support for local schools and advocacy for better educational provision generally. It’s launched in the same geographical areas as its parent SBEP. • Collaborating with program team in planning, implementing and monitoring of the designated project; • Ensuring that planned activities are successfully implemented; • Collaborate effectively with other line departments and the coordination team.• • Collaborate with the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit to assess need, monitor activities, and evaluate program progress. • Ensure that lessons learned in the course of implementation are integrated into the program to ensure that it remains responsive and relevant. • Provide input and regularly review all FLAT Follow-Up for ongoing programs together with the relevant partner and Donner • Be alert to opportunities arising for learning, collaboration and partnership that may enhance program quality and responsiveness. • Report regularly (as requested) to the Regional Program Managers and Senior Field Officer.• Prepare and update the Project Management tools • Develop team capacity at both the individual and group level by organizing/ facilitating trainings internally or through specialist agencies / individuals. • Work proactively to ensure that the projects are responsive and relevant to community Show less
