Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with research teams: Work closely with research teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the participant requirements and objectives for each study. Develop recruitment strategies: Devise and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified participants, considering various methods such as online platforms, community outreach, and leveraging existing databases. Screening and selection: Conduct thorough screening processes to ensure potential participants meet the demographic and psychographic criteria specified for each study. Select candidates who align with the study's objectives. Scheduling and follow-up: Efficiently schedule selected participants for research sessions, ensuring that necessary arrangements are in place. Follow up to confirm attendance and address any concerns or queries they may have. Participant database management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date database of potential participants, tracking relevant information such as demographics, contact details, and preferences. Regularly update and manage the database for future research studies. Privacy and ethical compliance: Adhere to all privacy laws and ethical guidelines while handling participant information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times. Reporting and documentation: Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding participant recruitment progress, including the number of participants screened, selected, and scheduled.
