Follow up to confirm attendance and address any concerns or queries they may have. Participant database management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date database of potential participants, tracking relevant information such as demographics, contact details, and preferences. Regularly update and manage the database for future research studies. Privacy and ethical compliance: Adhere to all privacy laws and ethical guidelines while handling participant information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times. Reporting and documentation: Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding participant recruitment progress, including the number of participants screened, selected, and scheduled.
