However, once thing I realized from him during the time we spent together working on some project, he is someone you can rely on because of the way he is always encourage people to focus on teamwork, he is the the kind of staff you can hire and expect that when you will be out of ideas he will be staying looking for new ideas to propose without even your knowledge. I really enjoyed the way he was helping when he used to handle IT support operations at the Rwanda Revenue Authority/Customs office, I'm pretty sure the many people still remember him due to the way he was very much dedicated to his job and colleagues. You cannot finish talking about Gilbert without mentioning how much he is human and that is big point most of people use to liked when they were meeting him.

Had the pleasure of working with Gilbert during the prep for DP World Kigali. He came across as a very participative and enthusiastic person. He was knowledgeable re: customs regulations and processes owing to his past experience and this was extremely helpful for the purpose of fruitioning our initiatives. His communication was articulate and he always maintained courtesy and was pleasant to all. While he did not stay too long with DP World, he left a positive image of himself with us - consequently we always wish him the very best on his future endeavors and challenges.
