  Gained broad experience in structural and earthquake engineering theory, software, finite element analysis, and solving of real structural problems. Proposed a seismic evaluation method for flat plate structure based on the modification of Japanese guidelines. Proposed two retrofit schemes for flat plate structures that are vulnerable with their appropriate seismic retrofit implementation strategy.
