Directly support Head of BU or Sales Managers for National Deals with big groups not only for Forecast review/input with reasonable Quantities and discuss with adjustment for special attentions,but also for Stock Adaptability and Plan Phase such as Vietnam Airlines , Alfresco Group… Cooperate with Sales Director / Regional Sales Manager to follow Slow Moving Stocks, OOS,SAM,DEF,UQ...situations, Over Capacity cases, feedback the MKT program affects. Maintain close relationships with related teams (sales, MKT, regional Storages) to ensure operational alignment and collaboratively enhance process efficiency. Define Wine scopes, goals and deliverables to related legal Entities / Departments about stocks situation, new containers Information, SKU positions (new created, restage rolling, deleted, active/inactive) Ensure that Food Service sources for suitable delivery vendors based on commercial and operational requirements.
