  I have 10 years experience in patent law practice, focusing mainly on patent drafting and prosecution, providing advice on patentability and best practice for obtaining patent protection, handling domestic and foreign patents and PCT applications, opposition and appeal procedures, 3rd party observations, responding to office actions, patent invalidation and infringement litigations, FTO, due diligence and providing patent validity analysis and other IP matter-related consultation. In the recent years I have worked mainly with technical solutions within the mechanical industry, and specifically within offshore technologies relating to equipment and methods of obtaining oil and gas. I passed the European Qualifying Examination in 2016. In my daily work as a patent attorney, I represent companies in managing their patent portfolio both in Norway and abroad.
