- Production Site Responsibly for handmade Tetra Pak packages and prototypes. - Inform the group on what is ongoing and how it’s going.- Driver to a new order system, ordering, office handling, production basis, freight documentation and invoices, analyses system. - Driver to buy different machines and develop special machines.- One machine cost 70 000 EURO, the payback was 6 months.- Driver to find a new printing company. After 5 months we had found a new company and up in running. Printing on our finish package material.- Member of different decision groups for Tetra Pak Lund to find new suppliers.- Driver to introduce WCM and LEAN in the production.- I’m responsible for, 10-20 people. The office 6-8 people, the lab 10-15 people.- Let people have responsible and feel appreciated. - Introduce quality thinking for all the group members and other department who are handle our products.- Contact person for the sub supplier.- Purchase responsible.- Responsible for our digital order system for order in from Tetra Pak worldwide, from order to invoices. - Finance follow up.- Analytic and statistics follow up.- Handle 2 500 000 different products, 70 000 handmade samples and 3 000 orders per year.
