  The company has a factory in Hoc Mon District with 120 workers focus on making uniform and garment FOB order for domestic & abroad. Products: Polo&T-shirt, Shirt, denim&khaki products, jackets,… 40% production at the factory, 60% outsourcing. Main responsible of company business development strategy&operation: - With Sales&Marketing manager: + Manage the internal sales team and external sales collaborators, B2B customers. + Manage the Company Images, advertising, brandname through website, facebook and the other communication tools. - With Production manager: + Control the whole supply chain process from customers to suppliers to ensure the plan, quality, cost and profit. + Manage the sourcing process about the materials suppliers, garment factory for the orders of customers (visited and worked with many factories in HCMC, Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Nai, Thailand, China,… about knitting, denim&khaki fabric, dying, washing, printing, embroidering, materials, small&big garment factory,…) + Directly or manage the negotiation about the price, production plan, quality specification,… with the suppliers. - Main responsibility of the company operation: Human Resoure, Accounting, Administration,… - Use KPI with Balanced Scorecard for motivating the managers, staffs and workers. - Big Customers: Abercrombie, Fila, Eland, Basic icon, Leo, Asmara, Urban, William Rast, Alpine Creation, Invoeruss, 0.1%, John Henry, Ninomaxx, Couple TX,… *Achievements for Company: Successfully build up the effective KPI system to motivate the staff in different position to develop. *Achievements for Personal: Complete the skill set of CEO position.
