Thimphu TechPark (TTP) is the primary IT development hub in the Kingdom of Bhutan, a nation known for its environmental conservation policies and unique development philosophy of Gross National Happiness. TTP is the country's first IT Park, initiated by the Department of Information Technology & Telecom, Ministry of Information & Communications, Royal Government of Bhutan. It received support from the World Bank and was developed through a collaboration between Assetz Property Group of Singapore and Druk Holdings & Investments, the Royal Government of Bhutan's commercial entity. The groundbreaking ceremony for TTP took place on May 18, 2010, and construction was completed on April 30, 2012. Show less
