Instrumental in setting SMART goals and ensuring process improved of client KPIs. Managing a team of front line agents, supervisors and Managers. Active Involvement in initial/lateral Hiring. Significantly contribute in people development and ensure their career enhancement through regular interaction, performance reviews and SKEP (Skills Knowledge Enhancement Plans). Facilitating Monthly Rewards and Recognition's programs focused on agents/support performance appreciation.
