I am currently working as a Quality Assurance and Test Analyst, within the IT Department of Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. I met Gwen when we hired IE Digital, to rectify any missing items in the new College Website we had been working on, in order to get it ready for launch. Gwen was a Project Manager for the Website Project, but more importantly a teacher for myself, during the project. I was aspired and impressed by the ownership Gwen displayed from get go as a project manager. She was being Agile Minded, and balanced each situation by being a servant leader, allowing her team to grow, trusting in us to be responsible, while being responsible her self. She facilitated the team's decision, while navigating us carefully by providing her timely opinions and options that were backed by her knowledge, wisdom, and experience as a project manager. I feel blessed to have met her, and worked with her. Due to the nature of IT Projects, for the time being, I no longer am part of her team. However, I wouldn't hesitate, even for a moment, to recommend her, and to work with her again. Thank you Gwen, for everything you are, everything you do, and everything you have taught me. 🙏
