• Wrote synthesis of reports on issues related to public finance for Gilles Carrez, President of the Financial Committee: - On the impact of a hypothetical Greek default, on the public finance of France during the July 2015 crisis, in order to prepare an adjustment of government funding in a supplemental appropriation bill. - On a tax reform project, in order to prepare the counter-argument of the Republican party, which was opposed to this reform. - On tax incentives examples used by the British government to encourage and facilitate the development of new enterprises, in order to draft a French bill inspired by those measures. • Wrote legal notes for Gilles Carrez, President of the Financial Committee: - Analyzing decisions from the Constitutional Counsel (French Supreme Court), in order to understand why the judges decided to strike down portions of the appropriation bill found to be unconstitutional, and to draft future amendments accordingly. - Analyzing decisions from the Court of Justice of the European Union, in order to prepare amendments to the next French appropriation bill ensuring compliance to the European legislation.
