I had the pleasure of being Gwen's mentor when she was an intern at TBWA. Even then, I could already see the potential in this young writer. She is opinionated, passionate, and always hungry to do and learn more. Upon graduation, she immediately joined TBWA as a full-time copywriter – on a side note, her application was perhaps the easiest decision we've ever made, given how valued and appreciated she was as an intern. Since then, Gwen has been making her presence felt with both her ideas and personality. Her energy revitalises the creative department and her mind is constantly buzzing with ideas that are not only exciting, but actually answer the clients' business objectives. She's a great presenter and she's able to hold client discussions on her own, which bodes well for senior roles in the future.
