In my role, I am responsible for the successful implementation and monitoring of four projects, ensuring they are executed within the allocated resources of cost, time, and quality. I oversee the implementation of the approved work plan and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan, providing regular updates on progress. Compliance with donor reporting requirements is a priority, as I prepare and submit high-quality reports on a quarterly and annual basis.To track progress, I provide quarterly updates specifically on the SLL project, highlighting achievements and challenges. Additionally, I actively participate in identifying and documenting success stories to showcase the impact of the projects. Establishing and maintaining project management information systems (MIS) is crucial, ensuring that project management tools, such as Daily Tracker, Work Plan Trackers, and Annual Benchmark Tracker, are regularly updated and shared with the project team.I also ensure adherence to reporting requirements set by the African CDC/African Union through both ad-hoc and regular reporting. Furthermore, I supervise a team of 53 Data Clerks across 13 regions, who support the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MOHSS) on the COVID-19 Project. Setting goals and providing guidance to the Data Clerks is an integral part of my role.Overall, my responsibilities encompass project implementation and monitoring, compliance with donor reporting, progress updates, success story identification, MIS management, and supervision of Data Clerks for the COVID-19 Project. By fulfilling these responsibilities, I contribute to the successful execution of the projects and the achievement of their objectives. Show less

As the Project Assistant i played a key role in successfully delivering the AMREF project through the implementation of effective Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) processes. Effectively supervised a team of 185 staff members across 13 regions, supporting the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MOHSS) on the COVID-19 Project, while setting goals to drive their work forward.This role required a combination of skills in project coordination, data visualization, M&E processes, team supervision, and effective communication. By actively contributing to the successful delivery of the AMREF project, I demonstrated my ability to provide valuable support, ensure data accuracy, and assist in achieving project objectives. I worked on the COVID-19 Socio-Economic Impact Assessment (SEIA) on Tourism in Namibia report as part of a team that evaluated and developed it. Presenting the SEIA report's findings and recommendations to all relevant stakeholders. Represented UNDP Namibia at the Surge Data Talk (international Platform) to discuss the main results and critical lessons on data collection and implementation of this unique SEIA with over 300 international specialists from all over the world I worked on the COVID-19 Socio-Economic Impact Assessment (SEIA) on Tourism in Namibia report as part of a team that evaluated and developed it.
