Guy has shaped my career. We first began together at Groop, he joined after me and I was in need of some direction having never working with a SaaS business before - having come from a background of B2C sales, the B2B world was completely new to me. Throughout the years working there, he helped me shape my approach, taught me how to be a successful SDR and enabled me to become a great Account Executive. His patience levels were amazing and his level of empathy and understanding meant that I pushed to be the best I could. His way of management is completely unique and truly does drive results. My entire working relationship with Guy has changed my direction for the better - my focus is now purpose driven businesses and I now know what it's like to have a manager that really does have my best interest at heart!
