The short version of working with Guy Raiti is simple – Guy knows his stuff. More importantly, Guy knows how to share that deep knowledge with people at the level they can understand. He knows when and where to add background information. We both worked on the successful launch of the BG FLEX (a mobile robotic program) at a Fortune 50 company. Guy designed and implemented certain parts of the larger system, mine was explaining to the daily users how to maintain and repair the overall system. Guy’s engineering and specifications were so well designed, and user focused that it made my job easy to do.

Andrew Keene

Guy reported to me as a member of the Hardware Engineering team at BerkshireGrey. His focus was on the vertical steel rack structures used for vertical storage in ASRS robotic systems. Guy is a very talented, experienced and diligent engineer. He carefully and methodically works his way through the details of a design. He ensures that all requirements are accurately captured and that all specifications are met. His attention to detail results in designs that very rarely need major alterations after the prototype stage. Guy is also a great team player. He never complains when taking on a menial task, and he collaborates very well with his teammates. He is open to input and feedback and actively seeks guidance when he is unclear. Guy was a pleasure to have on my team at Berkshire Grey and I would not hesitate to hire him again. Any company engaged in Mechanical design of products would be fortunate to have Guy as a member of their team.
