I am very pleased to write this recommendation on behalf of Guy Hall. Guy is an outstanding individual on all levels, highly motivated with very strong leadership skills. He is diligent, hard working, and someone you will be proud to have attached to your good name. Guy has worked with me at SARTA's CleanStart initiative for the past few years. Due to his strong analytical mind, organizational and management skill he is managing our whole process along with many other tasks. He integrates very well with the other team players and especially the Chairs of our program. Guy is results oriented and has a very high level of integrity. I highly recommend Guy as your go to man. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Ingrid Rosten

I had the good fortune to work with Guy for seven years at Hewlett-Packard. Together we implemented the largest workforce globalization program in the history of HP Software, transitioning 40% of the R&D and Services workforce to offshore centers of excellence in India, China, and Eastern Europe. Through Guy’s leadership, we achieved $4M+ savings in operating expenses, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction, and improved the efficiency and productivity across the delivery value-chain. Guy’s innovative leadership of our globalization program was extraordinary. Not only did he define and execute our HP Software globalization strategy flawlessly, but he set a new standard for global resourcing that quickly was leveraged across many businesses within HP’s Technology Solutions Group. Key innovations included; dramatic improvements in speed of execution (from 12 months to 3-6 offshoring cycles), 2X offshore workforce productivity enhancements, 5X improvement in offshore workforce retention, and standardized cultural awareness and training across the organization. I consider Guy one of the foremost experts and innovative leaders in the area of global resource offshoring in the IT industry. I highly recommend Guy and would consider it an honor to work along side him again in the future.
