Guy has been my direct report for 6+ years at VerifEye Technologies/Lytx. It has been great to watch his career develop from support engineer, to managing the engineering team then transitioning to a very valuable operations manager. Guy's standout attribute is his focus on the organisation and customer outcomes, achieved with effective team structuring, coordination and good leadership. He has a high work ethic that takes ownership with confidence and proven ability. He provides a stable force in the office and infuses others with his positive open attitude. Coupling all this with his ability to switch between the technical details and the broader business perspective make him valuable in a leadership role for many organisations. I would be happy to recommend Guy Bridson.

This is a "from the ground up" new start-up capability for Taxicomms. This has been a great opportunity to demonstrate my skills in this area. I am in sole charge of delivering this capability from scratch, liaison with suppliers, managing the compliance process for the taxi cameras and developing P&P, TD, and ILS plans and also implementing them! Our product is the most expensive on the market, yet I have been successful because of my tenacity and honesty. Our brand is strong because I back it up with timely action and common sense. Major Achievements: • Created a new capability and extended the business operations to new customers throughout Australia. • Managed this sole charge position delivering all aspects of the program including business performance analysis, technical writing, policy design, technical support and supply chain logistics, training development, and delivery. Achieving regulatory approvals in 3 states within 4 months beating our competition by at least 12 months, earning Taxicomms “sole supplier” status in QLD for over 12 months. • Collaborated with local and international suppliers (Chinese) to ensure quality assurance and product development so that it met local regulatory requirements. • Delivered a 2019 EBIT of $4.69m, selling 2,500 systems into 5 states and territories.
