I worked with Guy at Turtlewax,when the company was going through allot of change. Guy was always clear and concise in his vision, of how to profitably grow the markets and the sales team. Working closely with Guy we were able to achieve the objectives laid out in the goals and aims. Guy was always on top of his numbers pushing to get ahead of budget and drive the brand within the different sectors. He coached and developed the sales team, and was a good sounding board for ideas that came up. His innate commercial acumen was immediately apparent.
