Peter Ward
Guy is a reliable, trustworthy and valuable member of the eBusiness & Systems Integration team. He has a solid set of technical skills that I have used to deliver many successful projects under my responsibility. These are predominantly in the integration and database space in Microsoft technologies but other opportunities have stretched Guy (iSeries integration work) and he has delivered. He is very comfortable wearing many hats in systems development and I have used Guy in the following roles; project coordination, lead system designer, developer, tester, implementation and support. He has performed these with minimal supervision and guidance. Guy has also mentored more junior members of the team to help them develop themselves and was a dependable member of the out of hours support team. It is unfortunate that the current company IT consolidation strategy has led to his departure but I would have no hesitation in recommending him to future prospective employers for his technical and architecture skills, business acumen and team leadership/management capabilities. Best of luck for the future Guy and thanks again for your commitment.
Gareth Slinn
I worked with Guy for a few years and was a pleasant and hard working member of the team. Nothing was too much for Guy, always willing and always able. You can count on Guy to get the job done first time, every time.
