  As Head of Procurement at Paradigm I am responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of the company’s procurement strategy. My remit covers £27m of annual influenceable spend, supporting the various business needs across the organisation from Property, Development, Housing Operations and Corporate & Finance. Since joining in 2017 I have created and recruited to create a new Procurement function to support the business, which focuses on business partnering, early engagement and pragmatic, professional advice.
