It was the first time the Histadrut moved its voting system to be electronic, from touch tablet voting posts to storing all the data with anonymity and securely in the cloud in real-time. The Histadrut voting is the second-largest voting in the country after the voting for the Prime Minister of Israel. I was in charge of all voting stands from an electronic standpoint in the Northern Valley region. I have managed a number of great technicians that went through special training specifically for that job. The job required working and managing all the technicians while working under a lot of pressure. Getting information about malfunctioning voting systems, sending a technician to fix or replace parts and helping him by phone solve some new malfunctions that appeared. The job also required managing my technicians as an HR from questions and help about payments, going home early in case of sickness and more. I am happy to be part of such revolutionization of the country and hope to keep helping push its future to be more efficient and advanced. Show less
