  In this role I led the company’s design team in all its outputs, heading up the day-to-day design, but also being client-facing, which involved being brought on as creative support on specialist accounts.   I first joined the company as part of a small two-man design team responsible for all design outputs throughout the company. This included but was not limited to: social media content, GIFS, videos, infographics, posters, branding & logo design, illustrations, plus any other various content a communications company might need. My clients included Guinness, Diageo, AIB, Electric Ireland, Smithwick’s, Budweiser, Ketel One Vodka, Bord Bia, McCann Fitzgerald, among others.In 2016, we were awarded Best Use of Social Media at the European Sponsorship Awards for the content we created for our AIB #TheToughest campaign.Our success in the first 18 months led to the successful expansion of the design team into a dynamic five person Content Hub, which continues to grow today. During that time I have instructed ‘Start Sailing’, ‘Basic Skills’ and ‘Improving Skills’ to a wide variety of ages, including coaching Access sailing to children with disabilities. This culminated in 2011, when I was nominated for the Irish Sailing Association’s Instructor of the year.
