The initial products are unique as they have both an outstanding performance profile and compatibility with all end of life options. They exhibit high performance barrier properties, high mechanical strength, transparency, ease of printability and solvent resistance all while being easily processed on conventional plastics processing equipment. These capabilities derive from a set of proprietary technologies developed by the company during several years of sustained development. Aquapak products are both recyclable and biodegradable and have multiple fields of use including a variety of packaging applications, food waste management (optimization of anaerobic digestion via compatible polymer) and healthcare infection control. The company has invested in a world class production facility which is now complete and we anticipate shipping commercial quantities to our initial customers in the very near future.
